Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Teqtide Technology website or engaging our services (Web Dev, Solar, CCTV, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, that business also accepts these terms.

2. Service Specific Provisions

Physical Installations (Solar/CCTV)

Clients must provide safe access to the premises. Teqtide is not liable for structural issues existing prior to installation.

Software & Web Development

Final code is delivered upon full payment. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty post-launch.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Ad spend is paid directly to platforms (Google/Meta). Teqtide manages strategy but does not guarantee specific sales volumes.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence project-based work.
  • Late Fees: Payments delayed by 14+ days incur a 5% monthly interest fee.
  • Refunds: Once a physical installation or custom software sprint is completed, refunds are not applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

"Teqtide Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service downtime, power grid failures (for solar), or data breaches caused by third-party hosting providers."

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the **Federal Republic of Nigeria**. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Abuja, FCT, before escalating to litigation.
